Moms in Poland left their baby strollers in rail road stations for the Ukrainian moms that fled carrying their children.

This one really got me today. Mother-to-mother support is powerful, essential, the very essence of life.

Imagine this. Maybe some of you have even done it. Being ripped away from your home, your family, your loved ones to save your babies. Carrying them with nothing but yourself if you have to. To then arrive at the place of safety with a comforting and practical gesture only another mother can truly understand...I hope we take the crisis as a way to reflect on how these tragedies are happening everyday, every moment, somewhere on this planet to mamas and the babies.
