What would you fill in?
For me:
Sleep! I have been finding a lot of words to put in this blank, but sleep is the one that has been most pertinent to me lately. It's a discipline I struggle with and it's undervalued in our society. I'm learning that I need to turn ME-time into Z-time, and everytime I do, I feel the benefits the next day.
But even so, it is still difficult to convince myself to stop and shut off each night.
