a new punctuation.

In editing my writing over the last few weeks, I realize that I desperately need this. This is due in large part to my German heritage, and its irresistible pull towards excessively long and complex sentence structures. 

Since so many folks need to expound on so many issues at the same time these days, perhaps we need punctuation that can allow them room to do so without limit.
