Boticelli... future fridays

I listened to this for the first time in years, and it is the ultimate celebration of joy whether around the holidays or not. And in this strange season, joy is strangely elusive some days, especially wondering if I will get to play something as beautiful as this in a great orchestra again.

In the words of Lemony Snicket, "Fate is like a strange, unpopular restaurant filled with odd little waiters who bring you things you never asked for and don't always like." But sometimes, you do like them. And this is one of those.
