what use is talent anyways?

I have been struggling with balancing some of the expectations of my job combined with the lack of autonomy to fulfill those expectations.

I am also experiencing the opposite side of the hiring process for the first time, and have so many questions about the impressions people leave.

This attitude was some fresh air 

of a perspective that has been reframed.
