smallest library... future fridays

One thing I want to do when I grow up:
drive a bookmobile around tiny Italian towns
like this guy.

I heard somewhere recently that 400 monks kept the written word alive through the Middle Ages.
Although I cannot figure out how to verify the accuracy of that statement, the spirit behind it is staggering.
We live in a time of such wealth and riches!
