New Years Day 6: Priorities
My list for my daily activities:
1. adequate and real sleep
2. family time
3. running for an elevated heart rate, yoga for 4. strength and flexibility
4. healthy eating (cooking real food for myself)
5. leisure balanced with practicing daily
Items conspicuously absent from my list but occupy a ton of mental real estate:
anxiety
screen time
terrible political news
guilt
hiding out
