just another day in Venice

This cracks me up especially after drooling over my friend's honeymoon pictures in the bright Italian sunshine just the other day.

Apparently flooding in Venice is pretty regular. These are from a particularly bad flood in 2008. And you were mad because you thought traffic was so bad with yesterday's thunderstorm... Or "Honey, I think we need to invest in a kayak. I have to get to work somehow, and the basement flooded for the third time this month."
