"Give and Take"

There's these two guys sitting by a campfire… one young and one old. The younger, in his seeking of relationship wisdom, begins to ask the older man question after question about love. After silently smiling and listening for a long while, the older quiets the younger and begins to speak: "Well son, it's pretty simple… and there's your problem. You need to stop with all the expectation. Relationships are not 50 / 50. They're 60 / 40. You give 60, and you take 40. But the secret to success is that this applies to BOTH people. Now go over there and get me another beer.
