I have been obsessed with this author lately. In my ever presnt desire to improve I have been on this kick about research in motivation (building intrinsic motivation rather than relying on extrinsic motivation), on mastery, on autonomy.

I bought Sarah Lewis' book as my reward for showing up for my most recent audition, and it is already full of markings and marginalia.
