My sister and her family are celebrating their 10th anniversary in Italy.

I cannot tell you how happy I am for them. 

Really, I would give my right leg to tag along even as a 6th wheel stowaway

or as a babysitter for any time of day or night.

I can only imagine what it feels like to keep track of all 3 kids in a city built on canals,

with people constantly trying to make a buck of tourists left and right,  

while trying to enjoy the surroundings. 

So, just to keep your spirits up, dear Gabes, 

I cannot wait to see pictures

and hear stories about kids almost falling into canals, gelato in their hair, 

and snotty guards telling you to take better care of your kids.
