After a difficult and thought provoking political discussion
about personal responsibility the day before yesterday
(thank you for challenging me although I don't quite agree with you, Abe!),
confrontation in its purest form with my own frustration with myself yesterday,
a difficult phone call this morning and wrestling with the ensuing mental storminess all day long,
rescued by the first (aka very difficult and uncomfortable) yoga class in months,
the combination of this diagram and Seth Godin's post resonated with me
like nothin' else.

Until the authorities step in.
