I have been a longtime fan of Steve McCurry,
and would love to see his prints on a larger-scale and in person.
He is on a par with Henri Cartier-Bresson in my book.
The Peter Fetterman Gallery in Santa Monica, California will exhibit the brilliant work of Steve McCurry from now until November 30th. Iconic Photographs displays the famous American photojournalist’s most prominent images throughout his career. The exhibit will feature his major work predominately detailing culture and conflict, all while capturing the beauty of being in the moment.
Iconic Photographs highlights McCurry’s uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time. It also makes light of the blurred lines between journalism and artistry. If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to check it out.
